Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
The short version
Namio is built privacy-first. Your public page shows only the fields you mark public. We run no third-party trackers and no ad pixels — on your card page or anywhere else.
What we collect
- Account data: your email, name, and the card content you create. If you continue with Google, Google provides your name, verified email, and profile image for sign-in and account setup. We don't request access to your Google contacts, Drive, or calendar, and your sign-in email and image are not published on your card unless you add them yourself.
- Aggregate analytics: when someone views your card, saves your contact, or sends you a lead, we record an event with a coarse source (e.g. "wallet") and country. We store no IP addresses and no device fingerprints for these events.
- Leads: when someone fills the "share your contact back" form on your card, that information is stored for you — and only you — to see. We may email you a notification, but the submitted contact details stay in your dashboard.
- Billing: payments are processed by Stripe; we never see card numbers.
What we don't do
- No selling or sharing of personal data.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking.
- No scanning-side accounts — visitors never need to sign up.
Where data lives
Data is handled by our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, and Resend) in their respective data centers, protected by encryption in transit and at rest. Resend processes the address needed to deliver account notifications; lead form details are not copied into those emails.
Your rights
You can edit or delete your card content anytime. Account deletion removes your profile, analytics events, and leads. For data requests, contact us via the site footer.
